Job summary

Mondelēz International in Ireland is seeking a Production Line Manager to lead a production line and supervise a team of operatives and maintenance technicians at our Coolock site. You will drive safety, quality and environmental standards, deliver cost and production targets, and work with engineering and continuous improvement teams to optimise plant performance.

Union relationships and Lean tools are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Line Manager, Manufacturing Team Leader or similar.
• Experience working in a unionised environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Lean methodology experience is helpful but not essential.
• Technical manufacturing knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in safety, quality and environment.
• Deliver production and cost performance targets.
• Improve plant reliability with engineering and continuous improvement teams.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean tools and root cause analysis.
• Plan and coordinate resources to deliver production plans.
• Build a positive team culture and manage union relationships.
