Corrib Oil invites applications for a Shift Manager (Full Time) at our Service Station in Loughrea, Co. Galway. You will lead the store team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations, customer care, and adherence to company policies.

The role focuses on supervising staff, managing stock, handling customer queries, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. We offer training, pension and welfare benefits to support your career progression within a long‑standing retail and oil distribution

Responsibilities

Oversee all duties carried out by the team during shift
Supervise store staff and delegate duties as required
Ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out efficiently and securely
Adhere to company policies and procedures within the store
Assist in induction, training and development of staff
Ensure checkouts operate efficiently and effectively
Promote the Customer Loyalty programme and engage staff in this effort
Manage stock and check deliveries against dockets; raise supplier queries when needed
Handle customer queries, requests and complaints per store procedures
Maintain hygiene standards and store presentation
Comply with Health & Safety requirements and report breaches
Be responsible for the service station in the Store Manager's absence
Perform other duties as directed by management
