Qualifications

Oversee all duties carried out by the team during shift.
Staff supervision and delegation of duties as required.
Compliance with opening/closing procedures and security policies.
Health & Safety compliance and store hygiene duties.

Responsibilities

Oversee all duties carried out by the team during shift.
General supervision of the store and staff and delegation of duties when required.
To ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out efficiently in all areas of the Service Station premises and in accordance with security and other related procedures.
To comply with and ensure that company policies and procedures are always adhered to within the store.
