The Shift Manager will lead a large production team in a 24/7 automated manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance, while applying Lean tools and cGMP/FDA/ISO standards.

The role combines hands-on leadership with coaching, planning and problem solving. Ideal candidates have strong supervisory experience in automated settings, along with Lean

Qualifications

• Third level qualification with extensive relevant work experience.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge advantageous.
• Experience managing large shift teams in highly automated environments.

Responsabilités

• Meet SQDCP objectives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
• Lead and coach a large shift team in a highly automated setting.
• Promote safety and engage employees through effective communication.
• Support continuous improvement and plant CI programs.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with site leadership and service departments.
