Job summary

Embecta Corp. in Ireland seeks a seasoned Shift Manager to lead a large 24/7 production team in a highly automated environment. You will drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP) while coaching staff and optimizing production planning.

Candidates bring strong supervisory experience, knowledge of Lean manufacturing and cGMP/FDA/ISO, and a record of improving performance with teams. This onsite role offers exposure to MES, SAP and Workday systems and opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience leading large shift teams.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with cGMP/FDA/ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large 24/7 production team in a highly automated environment.
• Drive SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) performance.
• Coach and develop subordinates, manage production planning and problem solving.
• Support plant continuous improvement and cross-training as needed.
