Job summary

Wetherspoon, Blanchardstown, is seeking a shift manager to support the pub manager and run the pub on shift. You will lead, motivate and delegate to the team, respond to customers, and manage tasks in both front of house and kitchen.

The role covers compliance, cash handling and delivering high standards of cleanliness, product quality, service and atmosphere. We offer training, development, and a competitive pay and benefits package.
