Job summary

Bruxelle's in Dublin city centre is seeking an Experienced Day-time Manager to join their busy, friendly team on five morning shifts per week. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in supervisory or management roles within Irish hospitality, strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry in a traditional pub setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A hands on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of a high volume city centre pub.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
• Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive team culture.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to.
• Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance.
