Job summary

Sprout & Co is opening a new location in South County Dublin this Summer and inviting applications for a Shift Leader. You will lead shifts from the front, ensuring smooth operations, great guest experiences, and a positive team environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time role offers €15–€16 per hour depending on experience. Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, reliable mindset.

Qualifications

• Good level of English; confidently communicate with team and customers.
• Natural leadership skills; lead by example and bring out best in others.
• Experience in hospitality or similar fast-paced role (min 1 year).
• Curiosity to learn and grow; eager to develop leadership skills.
• Positive and reliable; show up on time and own responsibilities.

Exciting news! We're opening up a new location in South County Dublin later this Summer! At Sprout, our Shift Leaders play a BIG role in shaping how our restaurants feel, for both our team and our customers. You’ll lead the shift from the front, keep things moving, and help create a space where people want to come back (and work in) again and again. This is a role for someone who loves people, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-standard environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Quality Control – Check portioning, prep and presentation across the line to keep standards high.
