Job summary

Une entreprise de construction dynamique recherche un ingénieur de mise en place pour travailler sur plusieurs projets de développement de logements dans la région d'East Cork. Vous serez chargé de garantir que tous les travaux sont conformes aux dessins du projet et aux réglementations en matière de construction. C'est une excellente occasion de travailler à long terme avec un entrepreneur occupé sur plusieurs sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience après l'obtention du diplôme avec un entrepreneur principal.
• Capable de travailler avec d'autres métiers.

Responsibilities

• Contrôler et vérifier les travaux selon les spécifications du projet.
• Rapporter au responsable de site.

Job Title – Setting-out Engineer

Project – Housing Development

Job Location – East Cork

Salary – €45,000 - €55,000

About the Company

A setting-out engineer is required for work across several housing developments in the East Cork region. Multiple live sites. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of setting-out. Excellent opportunity for long-term work with a busy contractor across Munster.

The Role

• Setting out and checking works as required for the project
• Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
• Reporting to Site Manager
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor facilities and analyse operational data
• Attend daily and or weekly meetings as instructed by management.
• Comply with safety regulations on all equipment and health and safety regulations of the site

Requirements

• A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor.
• Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
• Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
• Excellent IT Skills
• Strong organisational & communication skill
