Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise platform experience across large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD.
• Proven ability to develop and execute platform strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading technical teams within complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities
