Job summary

Primark is seeking a Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction and ongoing optimisation of the ServiceNow platform in Ireland. You will govern, innovate and drive platform adoption across IT and business stakeholders while partnering with external partners.

You will guide platform strategy, oversee upgrades and ensure service stability, performance and security to deliver maximum business value. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise platforms, especially ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and related capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute platform strategies and roadmaps.

We are seeking an experienced Platform Manager - ServiceNow to lead the strategic direction, development and ongoing optimisation of the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform delivers maximum business value through effective governance, innovation and operational excellence. Working closely with Technology, business stakeholders and external partners, the successful candidate will drive platform adoption, service improvements and long‑term platform growth.

• Proven experience developing and executing platform strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading technical teams within complex, large‑scale organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile delivery methodologies and service management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
