Culligan Ireland is seeking a Field Based Service Technician in Dublin to deliver, install, service and maintain water coolers and filtration systems at customer sites.

You will perform sanitization, preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis, work Monday to Friday, with a company van and uniform provided, plus pension, sick pay and employee discounts.

Ideal candidates value quality workmanship, safety and customer service, and have a full driving license with clean record.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, maintenance, or hygiene/sanitization is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe, hygienic and operational.
• Install, service and repair water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replace filters and other consumables according to service schedules.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
• Complete digital service and sanitization records using company systems.
• Manage van stock and maintain tools and materials.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a professional brand ambassador for Culligan.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Possess a full valid driving license with up to 6 points (no disqualifying offences).

Job title: Service Technician

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months’ probation

Location: Field Based, Dublin

Salary: €32,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000

Our Water Cooler Field Technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service through the delivery, installation, servicing, and maintenance of our water coolers and filtration systems.

In this field-based role, you’ll be responsible for the sanitization, maintenance and servicing of water coolers and drinking water systems at customer locations. You’ll help ensure our equipment meets the highest hygiene and performance standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.

• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe, hygienic and fully operational.

• Installing, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.

• Replacing filters and other consumable components in line with service schedules.

• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.

• Completing digital service and sanitization records using company systems.

• Managing van stock and maintaining the tools and materials required for daily activities.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for Culligan.

• Working in line with all health, safety and hygiene procedures.

• Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences).

• Experience in a field service, maintenance, technical, hygiene or sanitization role is desirable, but training will be giving on full range of products.

• A strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.

• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.

• Experience working in a target-driven environment and consistently achieving performance standards and service KPIs.

• Sound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions.
