Job summary

Culligan Home is hiring a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and maintain residential water treatment systems across Ireland. The role offers a full-time permanent contract with a 6-month probation and depot-based work from Claregalway, with a salary of €42,432 per annum plus tax-free meal allowance and uncapped incentives, delivering an OTE of €50,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year0experience in plumbing.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems preferable but full training will be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.
