Extern is seeking a Service Manager for the Extern Outreach Support Service covering the Cork–Kerry ROI area. The role leads a team to deliver safe, effective support for young people and families, in line with policies and contracts.

Based in Limerick with flexible hours, the post requires strong operational oversight, multi-agency collaboration and commitment to quality and risk management to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• The Service Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management and quality assurance of the project.
• Leads and supports a team to ensure safe, effective and responsive service delivery across a wide geographical area.
