Job summary

EMR is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its service operation across Ireland and the UK. Based in Dunboyne, Co.

Meath, the role involves owning service delivery, SLAs, escalations and profitability while developing the ICA field team and coordinating with project delivery, engineering and finance. The successful candidate will manage a 24/7 service footprint, drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, compliant field operations across SCADA, automation and instrumentation

Qualifications

Five+ years in technical service, maintenance or field operations with people management experience.
Strong background in SCADA, automation, telemetry or instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

Lead service and support personnel and ICA field team; set objectives and manage training and competency matrices.
Own service capacity planning, engineer allocation, field scheduling and out-of-hours cover.
Own the service request and incident process from logging to closure, ensuring SLA adherence and root cause analysis.
Plan preventative maintenance, calibration and inspections per contract; maintain safety and service records.
Maintain senior customer relationships; chair service reviews and manage escalations to resolution.
