WR HVAC | MEP is seeking a senior service leader to oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems in Ireland and internationally. You will manage budgets, schedules, and service operations while remaining hands-on in the field.

A specialist manufacturer and provider of advanced commercial refrigeration solutions, supporting customers across Ireland and international markets. The business designs, supplies, installs, and maintains technically complex refrigeration equipment, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, service quality, and continuous product improvement. This is a senior, hands-on position combining field engineering leadership with responsibility for developing the structure, planning, and commercial performance of the service function.
Lead complex installations, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and preventative maintenance across commercial refrigeration systems
Manage service budgets, resource planning, engineer scheduling, and operational performance across the service team
Introduce structured processes, KPIs, and service workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
Manage third-party service partners and distributors, ensuring agreed service standards are maintained
Act as the senior technical escalation point for customers and internal teams, including root‑cause investigations and remote support
Develop technical training, service manuals, and standard operating procedures while feeding field data back into Engineering and Manufacturing teams
Previous experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial or industrial refrigeration systems
F‑Gas certification
Experience managing engineering resources, service schedules, budgets, or operational processes
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage service costs and operational budgets
Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Full clean driving licence
Willingness to remain hands‑on in the field while also managing the strategic and administrative responsibilities of the service function
