Job summary

Grafton Recruitment International is assisting a market-leading refrigeration and HVAC contractor in Dublin to recruit a hands-on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer (F-Gas). You will install, service and repair high-spec systems on pharma manufacturing sites, taking ownership of diagnostics and field operations.

On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and phone, plus a €16/day non-taxable lunch allowance.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer/Technician.
• F-Gas certification (essential).
• 3+ years post-qualification commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• Real-world pharma/manufacturing site experience.
• Strong diagnostics, problem-solving and a “get it sorted” mindset.
• Full driving licence (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to work independently while staying a team player.
• Good communication and customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults quickly and fix properly (not patching).
• Deliver smooth jobs with a professional client team.
• Work safely and compliantly in regulated environments (H&S non-negotiable).
• Keep service notes and records clear, accurate and timely.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer (F-Gas) - Dublin

Our client is a market leader in industrial Refrigeration and HVAC-designing, installing and maintaining complex, high-spec systems across Ireland. They're growing fast and adding experienced engineers to the Cork-based team covering Greater Cork and Munster.

This is hands-on, high-standard work in environments where quality, safety and uptime matter.

The job

You'll be out on large manufacturing and pharmaceutical sites, taking ownership of:

• Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing faults fast-and fixing them properly (not patching and running)
• Delivering smooth jobs alongside a solid team and professional clients
• Working safely and compliantly in regulated environments (H&S is non-negotiable)
• Keeping service notes and records clear, accurate and on time

You’ll fit if you've got
