Sigmar Recruitment is partnering to recruit a Field & Service Engineer based in Shannon, Co. Clare.

You will perform hands-on mechanical repair, overhaul, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical seals and rotating equipment across Ireland. You will manage workshop repairs in Shannon, maintain tooling and diagnostic equipment, and deliver on-site service to clients in Pharmaceuticals, Power Generation, and Process Industries.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with mechanical seals, pumps, mixers, or similar rotating equipment in process industries.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and risk assessments in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical information.
• Proficient in MS Office, reporting, and diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Repair, overhaul, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical seals and rotating equipment.
• Manage workshop repairs in Shannon and deliver on-site service to clients across Ireland.
• Provide technical support including failure analyses and customer training.
• Bridge service delivery and the commercial team to identify opportunities and foster customer relationships.

About Your New Job
