CPL Group is seeking a Customer Maintenance Engineer for a 24/7 shift rotation. The role focuses on on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support for advanced equipment used in semiconductor and display manufacturing.

You will undergo an eight‑week international training programme before moving to the continuous shift pattern. The ideal candidate has mechanical or electrical focus with hands-on troubleshooting expertise, and is ready for travel and extensive training to support global

Qualifications

Full, unrestricted working rights in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EU passport).
Full, valid driving licence.
Ability to work a 24/7 four‑cycle shift rotation and travel internationally for initial training.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, plasma, gas, and electro‑mechanical systems.
Install, qualify, and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems onsite.
Diagnose complex technical issues using digital analytics tools and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.
Provide onsite technical assistance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Maintain the highest standards of health and safety at all times.

About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Equipment Engineer to join a leading global organisation specialising in advanced materials engineering solutions for the semiconductor and display manufacturing industries. This role is ideal for mechanically or electrically focused engineers who thrive on hands‑on troubleshooting and solving complex electro‑mechanical issues.

You will provide onsite installation, maintenance, and technical support for highly advanced equipment. To ensure your success, you will receive an extensive 8-week international training programme at one of our global facilities before transitioning to the 24/7 shift pattern.
