Jim Shorkey Wexford Kia is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. Service Advisors are the communication bridge between customers and our Service Technicians, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.

You will greet customers, listen to their needs, schedule appointments, consult with mechanics on repairs, and explain available parts and service options. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools.
• Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments and meet with customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills based on experience.
• Prior service department experience in a dealership is a plus.
