Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end, from requirements through shipped product. You will work closely with Engineering and the Elastic Security Labs to translate threat research into practical features that advance detection, correlation, and response across endpoints, cloud, identity, and networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security‑related product management or technical marketing
• Hands‑on knowledge of XDR/EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics
• Experience integrating heterogeneous third‑party data
• Strong analytics and threat understanding, plus basic AI security knowledge
• Technical credibility with engineering and architecture awareness
• Comfortable representing product to security customers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to distill complex concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Proficiency with AI‑augmented workflows and cross‑functional collaboration
• Education: BS or MS in engineering, CS, or information security

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end: drive detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoints, cloud, identity, and network
• Expand telemetry and integrations with first‑party Elastic data and third‑party sources
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management with prioritization and remediation workflows
• Write clear requirements and translate customer input and threat research into product
• Represent product in customer conversations, including senior security stakeholders
• Ensure capabilities work across Elastic deployment models from cloud to on‑premises to air‑gapped
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and GTM strategies
• Create roadmap trackers and decision memos for visibility without meetings
