Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to be the primary voice for Elastic Security's strategic enterprise customers. You will translate complex customer needs into a coherent product direction across multiple product areas while managing an enhancement request pipeline.

This remote-first role requires executive presence with CISO, CTO, and VP stakeholders, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance customer demand with roadmap feasibility.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Direct experience working with named strategic accounts and hyperscalers/MSSPs/PubSec is a solid plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR or security ops platforms is highly valued.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead discussions with CISO/CTO/VP Security.
• Experience driving structured enhancement pipelines at scale across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts; track, prioritize, and respond to customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products; focus on customer pain points and synthesize input into coherent product direction.
• Turn input from strategic accounts into successful products; identify patterns and create broader market capabilities.
• Feed validated customer patterns back into core product roadmaps and influence direction beyond individual accounts.
• Serve as primary product voice in meetings with senior stakeholders and deliver roadmap updates including deprioritizations.
• Prioritize requirements using structured frameworks (RICE, weighted scoring, size opportunities) and communicate tradeoffs.
