Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Waterford to recruit an experienced Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor. This role leads the warehouse and shipping function, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely delivery of finished goods.

You will optimise capacity, coordinate daily activities, maintain accurate SKU records in the WMS, manage satellite operations and ensure loads are secured and transported efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Warehouse & Shipping team to meet operational targets and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily activities, optimize capacity and shipping performance.
• Maintain accurate SKU records in the WMS and ensure compliant loading.
• Oversee external providers, ensure loads are secured and delivered on time.
• Drive continuous improvement and report on logistics KPIs.
