Morgan McKinley is partnering with a fast-growing logistics and transport business to appoint a Warehouse Operations Manager in North Dublin. This role leads a large warehouse operation, guiding a growing team and shaping scalable processes for expansion.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and customer service excellence while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and performance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong people-management and leadership experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Track record of managing teams through growth, change or transformation.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, fulfilment and distribution.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and using data to drive performance.
• Understanding health, safety and compliance within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for day-to-day warehouse performance.
• Lead and develop a large warehouse team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and service levels.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage escalations.
