Teamwork.com, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Segment Product Marketing Manager-Consulting in Cork. The role focuses on narrowing GTM to targeted segments, defining the buyer and journey, and building the marketing motion that drives mid-market consultancy adoption.

You will work with sales, content, revenue marketing and product, operating as a strategist and builder, using AI to speed research and content drafts and turning data into fast insights.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS marketing experience with ownership of a segment/vertical or GTM motion.
• Proven ownership from strategy through pipeline reporting.
• Experience working with sales: enablement and plays.
• Data-literate: able to define baselines and report on what matters.

Responsibilities

• Segment Strategy & ICP ownership: define buyer persona and journey; partner with sales/product to grow market share.
• Solutions Positioning & Messaging: own end-to-end narrative; ensure consistent messaging across teams.
• GTM execution & commercial accountability: set/track pipeline and revenue targets; design programmes with sales and content.
• Enablement: build playbooks, assets and frameworks for live deals and regular enablement sessions.
