Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Senior Urban Planner to join their Dublin team. The role involves leading planning applications from feasibility to determination, preparing reports and supporting documents, and delivering strategic planning advice for a diverse client base.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, and participate in client meetings and hearings as required, with opportunities for progression within a respected planning

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Urban/Town Planning or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in planning consultancy or local authority.
• Eligible for membership of Irish Planning Institute and/or RTPI.
• Strong knowledge of Irish planning system and development management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning applications from feasibility through to determination.
• Prepare planning reports, statements and supporting documentation.
• Provide strategic planning advice and planning due diligence for diverse clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout the planning process.
