Achuman Capital in Dublin is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Planning & Environment team. You will advise clients on complex planning and environmental matters across major development, infrastructure and energy projects.

The role involves handling planning applications, licensing, and judicial reviews, plus due diligence for M&A and financing; you will draft opinions, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Strong planning law experience;
• Strong academic background;
• Technically excellent;

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning applications and consenting strategies.
• Lead environmental licensing work and judicial reviews.
• Handle due diligence for M&A and financing transactions.
• Draft opinions and client updates; supervise junior lawyers.
• Contribute to industry and business development initiatives.
