PropSource Consulting is looking for Town Planners and Senior Planners to join their expanding teams across Ireland. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience and a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.

Location: Multiple offices across Ireland

My client, an award-winning multidisciplinary planning consultancy, is seeking Town Planners and Senior Planners to join its growing teams across several locations throughout Ireland.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across a diverse and high-profile project portfolio spanning commercial development, residential, renewable energy and infrastructure.

The business consists of 14 specialist teams and operates with a clear values-led vision, placing a strong emphasis on tackling the environmental and societal challenges shaping the future of the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of medium to large-scale planning projects from inception through to determination
• Undertake research, site visits and prepare planning assessments, reports and supporting documentation
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects progress efficiently
• Deliver high-quality work in line with agreed timescales and project objectives
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across a range of sectors and project types

Requirements

• Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (IPI or RTPI accredited)
• Minimum two years' relevant planning experience
• Good understanding of the Irish planning system and environmental legislation
• Strong written communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Full driving licence
