Novartis Ireland Ltd in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Trial Vendor Manager as part of the Clinical Trial Team. The role leads vendor service delivery at the study level, coordinating with vendors across central labs, IRT, eCOA/ePRO, imaging and PR&R to deliver studies on time and within budget.

The position is hybrid with an expectation of 12 days onsite per month. A life sciences degree and 3+ years' clinical operations experience are required, with strong GxP knowledge and excellent

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical operations experience with vendor oversight.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with eCOA/IRT systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as single point of contact for vendor service delivery at the study level.
• Provide end‑to‑end operational oversight of vendor deliverables.
• Translate protocol requirements into vendor specs and SOWs.
• Oversee vendor financials including forecasting and invoices.
• Lead UAT for vendor systems and drive site activation from a vendor perspective.
