Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead planning and design of transport projects across Ireland from our Dublin or Dundalk offices. You will manage road, rail, and active travel schemes and contribute to statutory processes and contract administration.

The ideal candidate will be Chartered or near chartership, with consultancy or construction experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRoads. The role emphasizes client relationships and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in engineering (Level 8/9).
• Chartered Engineer, or close to attaining Chartership.
• Experience in consultancy and/or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of road, rail, public transport and active travel projects across Ireland.
• Input to statutory processes, procurement, contract documents, and construction supervision.
