Global Professional Consultants seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead transformation and programme delivery engagements across Ireland's utilities, infrastructure and energy sectors. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Experience within utilities, infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy or similar.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project performance.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Full driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation, project and programme delivery engagements across Ireland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and client teams.
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles, risks and performance challenges.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive accountability across project teams and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and organisational transformation programmes.
• Manage project budgets, commercial performance and resource planning.
• Mentor and support team members to achieve high-performance outcomes.
