Primark is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to shape and lead the Group's TP strategy, governance and compliance as it progresses toward standalone listing and international expansion. The role demands an ability to move from strategic thinking to detailed execution and to engage with authorities when required.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Commercial and Legal teams, manage external advisers, and ensure timely, accurate TP documentation and reporting

Competenze

• Qualified tax professional with 8–10+ years post-qualification transfer pricing experience.
• Experience engaging with tax authorities and cross-border TP issues.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and execution of Primark's transfer pricing strategy and governance.
• Coordinate with Head of Tax on tax authority engagements (APAs, MAPs, audits).
• Manage relationships with external TP advisors and budgets.
• Own global TP compliance and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Maintain TP policies, intercompany agreements, documentation and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial and Legal teams to embed TP considerations into transactions.
