Job summary

EY Parthenon – Transaction Strategy and Execution role in Dublin/Cork is a Manager/Senior Manager level position within the UKI SaT practice. Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to travel up to 80% on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Execute operationally focused projects across sectors and support client service teams in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and tracking.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to influence decisions and deliver value.
