Job summary

EY in Dublin is seeking a UKI SaT – Transaction Diligence Senior Manager/Associate Director for Ireland. The role involves leading financial due diligence engagements, analysing financial data, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across EY SaT and other service lines.

The position requires strong academic credentials, ACA/ACCA qualification, and the ability to work from the Dublin office several days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record including a degree in Business / Commerce or equivalent qualification.
• ACA / ACCA qualified. Current experience working in a transaction financial due diligence role at a manager level.
• Ability to attend the Dublin EY office a number of days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist transaction diligence engagements and work with cross-functional teams across EY SaT and other service lines.
• Analyze financial and operating results of target companies and review management interviews.
• Prepare and review analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and funding needs.
• Lead client deliverables including data analysis, reports, presentations and discussion packs.
• Present to clients and key stakeholders and contribute to business planning initiatives.
