EY in Dublin seeks a Strategy and Transactions – Transaction Diligence Manager to lead financial due diligence and related analyses for high-profile engagements. The role involves coordinating with teams across EY Ireland and globally, preparing client deliverables and presenting findings.

The successful candidate will have a strong business/commerce education, ACA/ACCA qualification, and proven manager-level experience in transaction due diligence, with the ability to work on-site at the Dublin

Qualifications

• Strong academic record with a degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent qualification.
• AC A/ACCA qualified with current experience in transaction financial due diligence at manager level.
• Ability to attend the Dublin EY office several days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Transaction Diligence team across financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyse financial and operational performance of target companies and conduct management interviews.
• Prepare and review analyses of historical and pro forma financial information for funding and valuation.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams within EY Ireland and internationally.
• Lead client deliverables including databook analyses, reports and presentations.
