Job summary

EY in Ireland is seeking a Strategy and Transactions – Transaction Diligence Manager to lead financial due diligence and strategic analysis for globally significant engagements. Based in Dublin, you will work with cross-functional teams on complex, cross-border transactions and advisory projects.

You will manage deliverables, mentor junior staff, and contribute to client service excellence, with the opportunity to advance within a market-leading practice at EY.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record including a degree in Business / Commerce or equivalent qualification.
• ACA / ACCA qualified; current experience working in a transaction financial due diligence role at a manager level.
• Ability to attend the Dublin EY office a number of days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the financial and operational results of target companies during due diligence.
• Prepare and review analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assist deal valuation.
• Project manage teams and coordinate with EY Ireland and international colleagues to form multi-disciplinary teams.
• Engage with clients, present findings and support commercial decisions.
• Support business planning and recruitment initiatives within the team.
