Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager Manager to lead a team of TPMs and PGMs across multiple locations. You will hire, coach, and grow a team while personally contributing to the most complex initiatives requiring hands-on leadership.

You will drive cross-functional programs with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders, shaping multi-year strategy and ensuring successful delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience, including managing managers.
• 8+ years of software/systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent.
• Experience driving large-scale technical programs from ideation to delivery.
• Experience working autonomously across multiple teams and time zones.
• Strong critical thinking and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage high-performing teams across locations, with performance reviews and career growth.
• Define long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs with product and engineering leaders.
• Define success criteria, delivery plans, track risks, and ensure execution of complex programs.
