A leading global firm is seeking a Senior Test Java Engineer on a 12-month contract in Dublin. You will design, develop, and maintain software applications and services, collaborating with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

You will build automated testing frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, and related tools, with a focus on high-quality, testable code and CI/CD practices.

Senior Test Java Engineer Contract Dublin 12 Months. My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Lead Test Java Engineer to join them on a contract basis.

You will be expected to design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications and services. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. You will be expected to Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices. Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test infrastructure to ensure software quality. Perform code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards, performance, security, and reliability.Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. You will also analyse production issues and contribute to performance tuning, reliability.

Successful candidates will Strong software development experience using Java. You will have experience developing and consuming Java, Selenium WebDriver, RESTful services/Rest Assured, JSON and XML.Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and object-oriented programming. It will be expected that candidates will have strong Automation testing experience using Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, TestNG, or Spock, Springboot and Java.
