Job summary

A leading global firm is seeking a Senior Test Java Engineer on a 12-month contract in Dublin. You will design, develop, and maintain software applications and services, collaborating with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

You will build automated testing frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, and related tools, with a focus on high-quality, testable code and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience with automated testing
• Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks
• CI/CD experience and performance/reliability optimization

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain software applications and services.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test infrastructure to ensure software quality.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards, performance, security and reliability.
• Drive CI/CD practices and contribute to production issue analysis and performance tuning.
