You will lead multidisciplinary teams, translate complex findings into clear recommendations, build trusted relationships with investors and boards, and mentor colleagues as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in at least one area: product/engineering, software architecture & cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, or tech operating models.
• Experience in private equity, transaction advisory, or high-growth tech is preferred.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and ability to translate analysis into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors and boards.
• Lead technical due diligence and post-deal value creation.
• Assess tech strategy, architecture, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and operating models.
• Translate findings into commercial implications and executive briefs.
• Produce reports and workshops linking analysis to decisions.
• Develop a functional specialism and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Support proposition development and business growth.
• Mentor colleagues as the practice grows.
