Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior Transformation and Change Management Practitioner based in Ireland to lead multi-workstream transformation programmes across operating models, process, and governance. You will engage senior sponsors and drive change adoption to realise measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on leadership, enabling growth, resilience, and value creation within portfolio companies and technology businesses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, operating-model improvement, or similar complex delivery.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional transformation programmes with senior sponsors.
• Strong ability to develop and communicate evidence-based change narratives that drive action.
• Experience connecting transformation initiatives to growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Commercial judgement to align programmes with business value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis to measurable outcomes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps including case for change, operating model, sequencing, governance and benefits.
• Establish governance, delivery rhythms, decision structures, and accountability to keep initiatives on track.
• Engage senior stakeholders and build commitment through credible communication and facilitation.
• Design and implement change-management strategies covering stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Translate technology and operational challenges into business implications for growth and resilience.
• Support post-deal value creation by driving transformation priorities in portfolio companies.
• Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data, and tech operating models.
• Build client relationships and mentor colleagues in transformation leadership.
