Responsibilities

• Drive execution from inception to delivery across services or spanning teams.
• Coordinate multiple scrum/delivery teams and mitigate risks.
• Lead retrospectives and publish actionable plans across the program.
• Identify system efficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Communicate scope, timelines, risks and mitigations to leadership.
• Serve as a single point of contact for teams and data state.
