- Mentor colleagues and contribute to team development and recruitment.
About You
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes within a global organisation or similar environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, programme dependencies and multiple vendors.
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with programme financial planning, business cases, budgets and forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive progress with limited guidance.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project/programme management qualification is desirable, alongside relevant practical experience.
