Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive delivery for the Marsh Tech portfolio in Dublin, with a focus on shaping long-term product roadmaps and coordinating IT delivery with engineering and product leads. This leadership role reports to the Marsh Tech Portfolio Delivery Lead and is based in the Marsh Innovation Centre in Dublin, requiring 3 office days per week.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering technology initiatives successfully.
Strong communication skills across all team levels.
Experience operating at a senior manager level with business leaders.
Stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
Broad understanding of technology for solving business challenges.
Experience with technology strategy, roadmap planning, and budgeting.
Ability to build relationships at all organisation levels.
Solid understanding of Agile development.
Experience managing technology strategy for one or more products.
SAFe SPC or ASPC and/or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management beneficial.

Responsibilities

Shape and maintain multi-year product roadmaps with business and tech leaders.
Coordinate IT delivery with Product and Delivery Engineering Leads.
Ensure new capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, and follow Marsh standards with AI tooling where possible.
Manage product runtime and capital resources and budgets.
Own and maintain Marsh Technology Asset Inventories data.
Identify emerging technologies to address business needs in your area.
