Job summary

Marsh is recruiting a Senior Tech Business Analyst to join a high-performing, agile product team delivering an AI-first SaaS product. The role requires translating business vision and client needs into structured, testable requirements to drive software delivery.

Based at the Marsh Innovation Centre in Dublin, the successful candidate will work in the office three days per week, collaborating across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and high-quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or software product environment.
• Strong Agile delivery experience—writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear, testable requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Solid understanding of backlog management and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Break down product vision and client needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce structured requirement outputs to support test generation, automation, and validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams for workshops and alignment.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog and support business acceptance testing.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; promote quality and AI-assisted workflows.
