LGT Capital Partners (Ireland) Ltd. in Dublin seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to support the AIFM team across private markets, including private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate.

This is an early-career finance role offering hands-on exposure to investment operations and regulatory processes. You will work with colleagues across global offices, help with pre-investment checks, fee invoicing, board reporting and monthly closes, while developing skills in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in financial services, investment operations, or accounting—ideally with private markets exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to understand investment structures and fee mechanics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI/Power Query/Power Pivot is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and interest in the global investment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review pre-investment restriction checklists.
• Summarise investment proposal documentation for internal analysis and reporting.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting across private markets products.
• Prepare quarterly fee invoices for multiple investment programs.
• Support board reports for private market fund structures.
• Coordinate monthly close, annual budgeting, and fee calculations with the corporate finance team.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional projects.
