LGT Capital Partners (Ireland) Ltd. in Dublin seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to support the AIFM team across private markets, including private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate.

This is an early-career finance role offering hands-on exposure to investment operations and regulatory processes. You will work with colleagues across global offices, help with pre-investment checks, fee invoicing, board reporting and monthly closes, while developing skills in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in financial services, investment operations, or accounting—ideally with private markets exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to understand investment structures and fee mechanics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI/Power Query/Power Pivot is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and interest in the global investment landscape.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Investment Operations Analyst to join our Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM") team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career finance professional to widen their exposure to private markets and play a key role in supporting a broad range of investment products and operational initiatives across private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate. As an Investment Operations Analyst, you'll collaborate with colleagues across our global offices while gaining hands-on experience in managing the operational lifecycle of sophisticated private market investment programs.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of pre-investment restriction checklists
• Summarising investment proposal documentation for internal analysis and reporting
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance reporting across a broad suite of private markets investment products
• Preparing quarterly fee invoices for multiple investment programs.
• Supporting the preparation of board reports for private market fund structures.
• Coordinating with the corporate finance team on monthly close, annual budgeting, and fee calculations.
• Engaging with key internal stakeholders across the business.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
