Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Senior Manager – Aviation Finance Tax to lead tax advisory engagements for aircraft financing, leasing, and cross-border structuring. You will advise airlines, lessors and financial institutions on Irish and international tax matters.

The role requires significant experience in tax advisory within financial services and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships while coordinating multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in tax advisory or financial services tax.
• Knowledge of aviation finance, aircraft leasing or international taxation.
• Experience managing complex tax projects and senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical, commercial, communication and project management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead tax advisory engagements within the aviation finance sector.
• Advise on aircraft leasing, financing, acquisitions and disposals.
• Provide guidance on Irish and international tax matters.
• Manage senior client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.
• Coordinate projects with international and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review technical work and ensure high-quality client delivery.
• Support business development, tenders and client proposals.
• Coach and develop junior tax professionals.
