HERO Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for our Medication Management Solutions division in Ireland. You will lead definition, design and verification of complex electromechanical systems integrating hardware and software for pharmacy automation, with DFSS, DFMEA, and risk-analysis practices.

You will work with cross-functional teams, guide system-level trade studies, and support transitions from R&D to manufacturing while enabling field troubleshooting and quality initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in systems engineering or medical device design.
• Experience with requirements management.
• Experience with risk analyses (dFMEA) and DFSS.
• Experience with agile or waterfall development.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Outpatient/retail pharmacy domain experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical solutions to difficult problems and defines objectives and methods based on risk assessments (dFMEA).
• Leads derivation and test of product requirements and high-level system specifications.
• Collaborates with mechanical, software, reliability, and quality teams and guides cross-functional members.
• Performs independent analysis of complex problems and develops designs with minimal supervision.
• Supports transition from R&D to manufacturing and field troubleshooting.
