The role drives operational excellence, compliance, and engineering performance, partnering with operations, quality, and validation teams to deliver high-quality products and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device or regulated industry.
• 5+ years leadership experience.
• Strong GMP, validation and quality systems knowledge.
• Experience managing engineering budgets and capital projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering, maintenance, reliability and capital projects.
• Lead engineering, maintenance, automation and facilities teams.
• Develop engineering strategy aligned to site objectives.
• Own technical SME for manufacturing, packaging, serialization, or automation processes.
• Drive OEE, throughput, quality and waste reduction initiatives.
• Support CAPAs, investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead capital investment planning, URS, FAT/SAT, commissioning and validation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
